Requesting authorization and approval to remove the following Hidalgo County Fixed Assets from the current inventory list:

BACKGROUND
All efforts were exhausted though the Hidalgo County 370th District Court as well as I.T. Department and Fixed Asset Division to locate said items in attachment Exhibit "A". However, due to lapse of time and County Department staff changes, information is not available. Please see Attachment
