a.  Requesting to rescind agenda item AI-17577 approved by CC on 9-29-09 for the purchase of maintenance management software with annual priority support, training and travel expenses in the amount of $11,505.00 inasmuch as vendor Micro-Main Corp.(although a DIR awarded contractor) does not have these specific items awarded under that specific contract;

b.  Requesting authority to advertise a sealed procurement for the acquisition of a:  Manangement Software, Annual Support and Training Services for the Hidalgo County Facilities Management Department in connection with automating work orders, scheduled preventive maintenance, asset histories, inventory/budget control, fleet managment, etc.
