BACKGROUND
The annual reports being submitted are prerequisites as per grant terms, state and federal guidelines. Reports are being submitted to the Texas Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Treasury, respectively. The Hidalgo County Auditor's Office reviewed said reports.
