Public Hearing regarding the draft 2010-2011 Hidalgo County Urban County Program One Year Action Plan and the Three (3) Year Consolidated Plan for Program Years 23, 24 & 25. (2010-2011, 2011-2012, and 2012-2013).
BACKGROUND
The Annual Action Plan for Year 2010 is based on a budget of $12,484,068.00. The allocation is as follows:
$9,139,948.00 (CDBG)
$2,973,382.00 (HOME)
$ 370,738.00 (Emergency Shelter Grant-ESG)
$12,484,068.00 :Total
A draft copy of the Annual Workplan was made available for review at the Urban County Program office for a thirty-day comment period beginning with April 3, 2010 and ending on May 3, 2010. The Three (3) Year Consolidated Plan was also made available for review at the Urban County Program office for a thirty-day comment period beginning April 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010. All comments received will be noted in the final work plans submitted to HUD.
