Request approval to clear inventory list and declare and dispose of surplus equipment.

BACKGROUND

The Urban County Program requests approval to remove surplus equipment listed on Exhibit "A" from our inventory list that was previously donated and transferred to different cities and sub-recipients in the past.  The transfer of assets were approved by previous UCP Directors.  The assets listed on Exhibit "B" are assets that are inoperable or need to be cleared from the inventory list.  Inoperable items will be discarded.
