The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with Arise South Tower (Public Services) in the amount of $10,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 23, (2010).
BACKGROUND
All funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of salaries for fringe benefits for staff providing direct services and the purchase of minor supplies. The Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2010. (See the attached Exhibits).
