The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with the Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas (Youth Services) in the amount of $ 10,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 23 (2010).
BACKGROUND
All funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of membership fees, purchase minor supplies and mileage for staff. The Agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2010. (See attached exhibits).
