1.  Presentation of the providers submitting responses to the following Hidalgo County Headstart Program's Requests for Qualifications and meeting the minimum requirements as set forth in the procurement packets and as determined by the Headstart Program staff grading/scoring said responses for the purposes of  Commissioners Court accepting the providers as "qualified" in order to proceed to the next phase of the procurement process-negotiating contracts:
