The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of La Villa, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $60.000.00. This project will utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Years 17, 18, 22, & 23 (2004,2005,2009 & 2010) Water/Sewer Improvements funds.
BACKGROUND
Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the Water/Sewer Improvements Project within the City of La Villa. Noe Garza Engineers, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners' Court.
