BUDGETARY IMPACT:

City shall provide for the safe keeping of the Vehicle and shall be responsible for maintenance and repair of the vehicle while in the custody of City.

City shall be responsible for providing liability insurance for the Vehicle and its drivers in accordance with County insurance requirements and shall not allow such coverage to lapse during the course of this Agreement.
