Approval of Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for Year 2011.
BACKGROUND
We are requesting approval of the 2011 Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2011, and are to be charged for service or two (2) attempt of service.
Proposed changes to the current fee schedule were based on recommendations by the offices of Constable Guerra and Constable Gallardo.
Note: As per Local Government Code 118.131, fees are required to be approved/adopted by Commissioners' Court on or before October 01, 2010.
