BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on May 11, 2010 and June 22, 2010. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 1, 2010.
