BACKGROUND
1. FY 2011 CSBG (Community Service Block Grant) estimated allocation is $1,696,598 the first quarter $363,704.69 is now available. CSBG is CSA's main operating source and supports all other grants that does not provide admin dollars.
2. FY 2011 CEAP (Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program) allocation is $2,208,930 only 7% of expended funds is available for admin all other funds are direct service dollars.
3. First Choice Power agreement will provide $10,000 for bill payment assistance program to operate in conjunction with CSA's energy programs.
4. Requesting authorization to accept and submit electronic reports and data as required per contract obligations between CSA and funding sources.
