Authorization for Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia to execute the Hidalgo County Urban County Program Interlocal Agreements with (16) member City Consortium for Urban County Program Year 24 (2011).
BACKGROUND
In order to ensure the proper expenditures of CDBG funds, as outlined in 24 CFR Part 570 and other related federal rules and regulation as they apply, an Interlocal Agreement must be formally executed on an annual basis between the County of Hidalgo and each member of the Urban County Program. Interlocal Agreements will be executed with the following cities:
