3. (1) Unit in the Countywide area in the amount of $50,990.00 to JR Limas.
4. (3) Units in the City of San Juan in the amount of $129,850.00 to Argo Construction.

BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on February 8, 2011 and April 12 & 26, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, June 1, 2011.
