BACKGROUND
Authorization to be approved at CC. EKG (Energy Knowledge Group, Donnie Herrin) is the sub-contractor/partner with Vazaldua & Assocs. whom the Court approved to put together the County’s 5 Year Energy Plan in support of the DOE EECBG. This letter will allow them to obtain all the energy consumption data for the facilities being studied.

2) Old Admin.
3) New Admin.
4) Elections Ofc. Bldg.
5) Pct. 1 Multiplex & Pavilion (actually 4 bldgs.)
6) Pct. 3 Mutliplex (actually 3 bldgs.)
