BACKGROUND
WIC Department is requesting reduction in Indirect Cost Allocation Rate due to limited grant funds and is unable to contribute the maximum allowable rate.
FY2011 Discounted Rate approved by CC on 12/30/2010 is 13.00%, federally capped at 20%.
Proposed Discounted Rate is 10% (50% of the federally capped rate of 20%)
