BACKGROUND
L & G Engineering Laboratory, LLC submitted a best and final offer for Material Testing Services for the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements for the construction of baseball fields and bathroom facility at the Elsa Mario Leal Park. L & G Engineering Laboratory was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court. Contract approval in the amount of $8,124.28 is being requested. See attached scope of services and best and final offer letter.
