1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for professional engineer services;

Presentation of the scoring grid for the purposes of ranking by CC of at least three (3) engineering firms from the County’s approved “pool” as graded and evaluated by the City of Edcouch, Urban County Program and Hidalgo County Purchasing Department in connection with and funded through Hidalgo County Urban County Program 24 (2011) Edcouch – Water/Sewer Improvements.
