Consideration and approval of an “Irrevocable Directive of Draw Proceeds/Disbursement Agreement” as required (as a condition precedent to issuing Payment & Performance bonds) by bonding company, Insurers Indemnity Company, contract surety for O.G Construction Company, LLC for: “Trenton Drain Project” (approved by Commissioners' Court on October 11, 2011)and thus directing all contract funds to Aacon, Inc., disbursement agent for: O.G Construction Company, LLC and as further specified/detailed document (s) attached herein.

BACKGROUND

Approval of this request will allow surety company to provide the required payment and performance bonds for completion and execution of required contracts. The Trenton Drain is being funded through The Texas General Land Office and the Disaster.
