BACKGROUND
Hinojosa Engineering, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional engineering services for the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements to La Joya’s Youth Facility located on 604 Salomon Chapa in La Joya, Texas. Hinojosa Engineering, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on October 25th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $5,313.80 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
