Approval of a Sole Source Declaration for Jose Ramirez, Jr. owner of the tract of land (and as further described in the Sole Source Declaration submitted and made part of the minutes of Commissioners Court) currently leased by Hidalgo County (aka, the Penitas Landfill located in Penitas, Texas) for the purposes of landfill access under TCEQ Permit No. MSW 1727 for the residents residing in areas outside the ETJ of cities in Precinct #3, Hidalgo County, Texas including authority to enter into a lease;
c. Approval of a Lease Agreement with Jose Ramirez, Jr. for the tract of land described in the Sole Source Declaration approved herein
