BUDGETARY IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County. United Healthcare is part of an HMO under Medicaid. Hidalgo County needs to be enrolled with United Healtchare to be able to bill United Healtchare for healthcare services, that are billable to Medicaid, provided by our County Clinic medical staff.
