a. Discussion, acceptance and approval of request & recommendation by the Hidalgo County Tax Office to enter into an agreement for the "Remote Deposit Capture Services " only, with services provided by First National Bank in connection to the the County's current agreement Contract #C-09-065-04-17 and thus permit the Tax Office to automate and provide to customers an efficient payment process thus saving time and money; and
b. Approval for County Judge, Elected Official and or Executive Officer to complete and sign the execution of this agreement so as to allow the services to be implemented.
