BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Hidalgo County Precinct One will request the City Of Mercedes to deposit an estimated amount of $23,569.83 into an escrow to be setup under Hidalgo County for road materials and hauling expenses and will invoice the City for labor and equipment expenses once the project is completed pursuant to the finalization of project thus allowing the Precinct to have accurate figures in billing for the labor and equipment cost to the City Of Mercedes.Funding source will be R & B fund. Estimate was developed and provided by Pct. 1.
