1. Requesting authorization to accept the DSHS Tuberculosis Prevention & Control - State grant contract #2012-039064-001A in the amount of $51,694.00. The purpose of this Amendment is to add additional task related to Hidalgo County's TB prevention & control activities in this program attachment and to purchase equipment. This Amendment is effective 05/08/12.
2. Approval of the Certification of Revenue as certified by the County Auditor.
3. Approval of the attached TB Grant Budget Appropriation.
