BACKGROUND
Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a Solar Light Project within Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1. Guzman & Muñoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
