BACKGROUND
Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional
engineering services for the flood drainage improvements on Chaparral, Buffalo, and Huisache Street in San Juan, Texas. Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on January 24th 2012. Contract approval in the amount of $25,230.00 is being requested for engineering and surveying. See attached scope of services.
