Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to replace Exhibit "B" (Bid Page), submitted by 2GS, LLC, on a contract approved by County Commissioner's Court on July 3, 2012 for the Texas Department of Agriculture Colonia Economic Distress Area Program (CEDAP Contract No. 711195). No change to specs or funding.

Bids were requested and received for Pct. No. 3 – CEDAP 711195 Rehabilitation: Single-Unit Sewer Service Project: Village of Los Ebanos, Cuevitas, Rancho Subd., and Valle Vista Subdivision. Javier Hinojosa Engineering prepared the specification packages. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Dept. on June 6, 2012. UCP is requesting that the Exhibit “B” submitted by the lowest bidder, 2GS, LLC, be accepted in lieu of the format provided in the County approved Bid Package. Please see attached exhibit submitted by 2GS, LLC and the exhibit provided in the bid package.
