a. Requesting approval of an "order" granting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code, 262.024 (a)(7)-'an item that can only be obtained from only one source';

Approval of a "Sole Source Declaration" with Stenograph, LLC and authority to purchase the continuation of the "CaseCATalyst Software Support & Maintenance"(no signed documents required only purchase order) with said sole source designation remaining in effect as long as County Court at Law #5 possess and utilizes the software in the amount of $842.00 per year through requisition #220861 any other County elected offices, programs, agencies or departments possessing the same equipment and/or software(s).
