1. Urban County Program is requesting Commissioner's Court approval of a Resolution designating authorized signatories for contractual documents and documents for requesting funds pertaining to the TxCDBG Contracts:
a. 2009 Colonia Construction Grant Contract No. 729055
b. 2011 Economically Distressed Area Program (CEDAP) Contract No. 711195,and
c. 2011-2012 Colonia Construction Contract No. 711245
2. Consideration and approval to authorize the County Judge to sign any and all contractual documents associated with Texas Department of Agriculture(TDA) Contract(s) No.:729055, 711195, and 711245 (i.e. amendment requests, change orders, financial documents, etc.).
