A.) Requesting approval to advertise Construction for North San Juan Lateral Crossing at Alberta Road. 

B.) Requesting approval to accept proposal submitted by Jamail Construction through the Drainage District's participation/membership with TXMAS contract # -5-56060 for the labor, materials and construction of additional office spaces to the District's existing building as authorized by the Board of Directors on 04/25/2006.

C.) Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (a) "professional services" with the Law Firm Hunton& Williams LLP in connection with legal representation as it pertains to FEMA & IBWC. 

D.) Requesting approval to accept proposal from Burton McCumber & Cortez, sole bidder for "Independent Financial Audit Services" and authorization to begin negotiations. 

E.) Requesting approval to surplus the following:
                 1.) 1996 Tiger Special model 6640 Asset # 30113
                 2.) 1999 Woods Batwing model 3180-2 Asset # 33505

F.) Requesting approval to purchase two (2) new slope mowers either through advertising or through the District's membership with the TASB BuyBoard.
