BACKGROUND
The applicant refuses to abide by Urban County Program’s policy regarding demolition of existing structure when reconstruction of new one. A letter from Urban County Program was hand delivered to Ms. Davila on March 8, 2007 by the HOME Manager. Ms. Davila has not provided UCP with a letter refusing services.
