A.)  Request aproval of Budget amendments to appropriate bond proceeds in the amount of $28,000,000.  for the Master Drainage System Phase II projects.

B.)  Approval to purchase capital assets as they relate to the Raymonville Drain from Hidalgo County in the amount of $3,118,869.50.  This purchase is being made in accordance to the subidiary agreements between Hidalgo County and the District which was approved on June 10, 2003 and August 8, 2006.  This item is subject to the final reconciliation and submittal of bills to Hidalgo County Drainage District #1.

C.)  Approval to liquidate remaining open balances of purchase orders as authorized by Hidalgo County for the above reference project (Raymondville Drain) in the amount of $770,933.44

D.)  Approval to reissue purchase orders out of the District's 2007 Bond Series for the Raymonville Drain in the amount of $770,933.44

E.)  Approval of Budget amendment to increase estimated revenue for the District's General Fund in the amount of $4,433,182.30 out of the Hidalgo County Drainage District 2007 Bond Series Issuance as per reimbursement resolution approved on August 8, 2006.
