BACKGROUND
Cost allocations to pay the 3% COLA and one (1) step increase not covered under the grant until the employees’ eligibility date. Employees’ salary will be covered 100% from the grant upon their eligibility date throughout 2013 calendar year.
Redistribution of funds for salaries only. Other allowances will continue and/or will be funded from General Fund.
