1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1’s proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 23, 24 & 25 (2010, 2011 & 2012) original work plans and forfeited funds for a Street Improvements activity that will include additional locations (Victoria Rd and Old La Blanca Road) and project description.

2. Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1. The proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 21, 22, 23, 24 & 25 (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012) original work plans and forfeited funds for a Street Improvements activity that will include additional locations (Victoria Rd and Old La Blanca Road) and project description.

A Public Hearing was held on August 27, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 23, 24 & 25 (2010, 2011 & 2012):

     The proposed amendment will decrease:
     Parks, Recreational Facilities (Forfeited Donna 2010), 
     
     The proposed amendment will delete:
     Parks, Recreational Facilities (Forfeited Donna 2011), 

     
     The proposed amendment will add:
     Additional street locations to the Street Improvements activity: Victoria Road and Old La Blanca Road and add the  
     following project description: Project consists of the reconstruction of Victoria Rd. from Business 83 to Stites Rd.   
     (approximately 1 mile) and Old La Blanca Road North of Mile 9 N to Mile 12 North in Donna, TX. The County Engineer
     will design and supervise the completion of the project accordingly. Construction may be provided by county and city 
     labor and equipment. Project will include but is not limited to: caliche base, paving materials, drainage, construction
     testing fees, advertisements and any other related appurtenances as it pertains to the completion of the project and
     its surrounding and abutting areas.
