Jail Landmark (1100):
A. Approval to undesignate the amount of $5,125,171.98 in the year 2014 for expenditures related to repairs and maintenance of the County Jail in connection with the Landmark case settlement agreement, case#C-3123-03-I.
B. Approval of 2014 appropriation of funds in the amount of $4,921,353.88 to fund related expenditures.
BACKGROUND
On 12/20/13 CC approved the designation of $5,125,171.98 (AI-42094); however, additional expenditures were processed that reduced the available amounts related to the Jail Landmark accounts. Therefore, undesignation is greater than the appropriation due to the unanticipated expenditures processed in 2013.
