1. Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force and the Hidalgo County Constable's Office, Precinct 3.
2. Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force and the McAllen Independent School District Police Department.
BACKGROUND
As set forth under "The Guide to Equitable Sharing for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies" section VIII.A.1.1 "Cash transfers of shared funds from one state or local law enforcement agency to another are permitted". HIDTA will transfer E-Sharing-U.S. Treasury funds.
