BACKGROUND
LAZCAMREA, LLC d/b/a Fulcrum Consulting Services submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street project within the City of Edcouch. LAZCAMREA, LLC d/b/a Fulcrum Consulting Services was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
