BACKGROUND
Requesting approval of the 2015 Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant
to Local Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2015, and will be
assessed and collected for service or two (2) attempts of service.
As per Local Government Code 118.131, fees are required to be approved/adopted by Commissioners' Court on or before October 01, 2014.
