BACKGROUND
It is the responsibility of the Constable Pct. 4 office (LEA) to maintain equipment and keep inventory of equipment acquired under the Texas 1033 Surplus Program, as per State guidelines from the TX DPS as well as federal guidelines from the Dept. of Defense (DoD).
