BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on November 10 & 18, 2014. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.
