Presentation for discussion, consideration, and approval to accept the "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) for the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force to reimburse the County of Hidalgo for "Janitorial Service"
BACKGROUND
HIDTA agrees to be solely responsible to County in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars and no/100th ($400.00) per month as consideration for janitorial services provided by County. HIDTA agrees to reimburse County within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice from County.
