Presentation for discussion, consideration, and approval to accept the "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) to permanently transfer equipment from the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force to the Hidalgo County Constable's Office Precinct 3.
BACKGROUND
The HIDALGO COUNTY CONSTABLE'S OFFICE, PRECINCT 3 shall solely be responsible for all expenditures and requirement of said equipment as set forth under THE STATE OF TEXAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, CHAPTER 59.
The equipment to be transfered to the Constable Pct. 3 Dept is 1 2002 Ford F-150 Pick Up Truck (please refer to attached MOU).
