BACKGROUND
2014 Project consists of new construction of LA Joya Avenue and Pike Avenue (Second section) in El Rio Subdivision including surrounding and abutting streets. Project includes installation of drainage lines, inlets, sidewalks, water line replacement with hydrants, professional services, material testing fees, and advertisement fees as they pertain to project completion.
