BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to cancel the existing contract with The Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY 2015. The Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas are unable to comply with HUD Program rules and regulations therefore, The Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas are requesting the cancellation of their (CDBG) PY 2015 award.
