BACKGROUND
Per request from Budget Officer after receiving concurrence from Bond Counsel (refer to email dated 2-7-16 between DBM and Bond Counsel). Fund 1330 fund balance is being closed out to fund 1444 because original debt service fund was refunded with Ref Bonds Series 2005 (fund 1435). The Ref. Bonds Series 2005 (fund 1435) were refunded with Ref Bonds-Taxable Series 2014B (fund 1444).
