BACKGROUND
One February 12, 2016 Mrs. Yvonne Ramon purchased gas for the new 2016 Ford E350 supper 12Ft truck (Vin#1FDWE3FL9GDC11324), due to new vehicle and gas card in process we utilized the truck to deliver voting machines to all voting location on 2/12/16, Mrs. Ramon used her personal credit card to gas up the new truck.
