Arnold Patrick, Director, HIDALGO COUNTY COMMUNITY SUPERVISION & CORRECTION DEPARTMENT, aka, ADULT PROBATION is requesting that HCCC permit the HC Purchasing Dept. to conduct procurement services commencing with advertising [with award to be made by Mr. Patrick pursuant to statute] for:  the "Purchase of Instant Drug Screening Cups"- RFB No.: 2016-138-00-00-FAZ with Mr. Patrick's approval of procurement packet [i.e. specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft requirement agreement etc. as attached hereto] with the re-advertisement of project in the event No Bid responses are received and/or are rejected and project is still required by Adult Probation.
