Approval of a Resolution authorizing the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program to submit its FY 2016-2017 Annual Action Plan (Year 29) to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents related to funding.
BACKGROUND
The UCP is requesting authorization to submit the Annual Action Plan for the FY 2016-2017 Program Year to HUD. Every year the Urban County Program is required by HUD rules and regulations to submit its annual action plan prior to May 15th.
The Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 consists of an overall budget of $ 9,532,112.00
